About me
You might be here because something feels stuck — perhaps you've been carrying anxiety, sadness, or a sense of low self-worth for longer than you'd like to admit. Maybe your relationships feel complicated, or you're struggling with the weight of past experiences that still seem to shape your present. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone.
As a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist based in Bromley (BR2) and in Waterloo (London SE1), I offer both in-person and online therapy. I work with adults and young adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, complex PTSD, relationship and attachment issues, and low self-esteem. I also offer therapy in Hungarian for clients who prefer to work in their native language.
I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can begin to explore not just what you're experiencing now, but also the deeper patterns — often rooted in earlier relationships and experiences — that may be quietly shaping your life today.
Drawing on my own experience of living and working across cultures, I have a particular sensitivity to the challenges of identity, belonging, and the unique loneliness of building a life far from home. I also understand the complexity this can bring to family relationships across different cultural contexts.
Alongside this, I have a particular interest in working with ADHD and Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD), including older teenagers and adults who have received a late diagnosis or are navigating an assessment. I am especially attuned to the experiences of women with ADHD, whose difficulties are frequently overlooked or misunderstood.
How I Work
Psychodynamic therapy works by exploring how your past — particularly early relationships and experiences — continues to influence how you think, feel, and relate to others today. Rather than focusing only on symptom management, it creates a space for both of us to observe and understand the deeper roots of your difficulties, often leading to more lasting and meaningful change.
My modality recognises that everyone’s experience is unique and requires a tailor-made approach. In our sessions, I will invite you to speak freely about whatever feels most present for you. Together, we will begin to notice patterns — in your thoughts, feelings, and relationships — that may have been unconscious until now. I often describe therapy as embarking on a journey and learning to navigate new landscapes — this can feel both challenging and deeply freeing at the same time.
I work with my clients short-term and long-term basis, and I offer an initial consultation so we can get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.
I aim to make therapy as accessible as possible, and a reduced fee may be available following our initial conversation.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist (MSc) with extensive clinical experience across NHS settings, secondary schools, private practice, and community counselling. I am a Senior Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) — both accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
I am also a qualified Integrative Supervisor (Level 6), supporting individual therapists and groups in their clinical development.
This breadth of experience has given me a deep appreciation of the diverse challenges people face, and informs a practice that is thoughtful, evidence-informed, and genuinely tailored to each person I work with.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) is a professional association, representing the profession of psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
The organisation is itself made up of fourteen member organisations and BPC accredits the trainings of its member organisations. An individual who qualifies from one of these trainings is then eligible for entry into the BPC's register.
BPC registrants are governed by a code of ethics, a policy of continuing professional development, a statement on confidentiality and a complaints procedure. The BPC is a Member Society of the European Federation for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in the Public Sector (EFPP). Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

A Note on Getting Started
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting. If you are wondering whether therapy is right for you, or whether I'm the right therapist, I would encourage you to get in touch anyway. A short initial conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation.
I offer therapy in English and Hungarian.
