About me

Hello, my name is Agi. I offer psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and groups, and I have supported individuals and families since 1998. I work in a neuroaffirmative and person-centred way.
Together, we will work towards your goals and foster a deeper understanding of yourself and your connections with others.

Over the years, I have walked beside people struggling with painful experiences both from their past and in the here and now. The most important learning for me is the pain of feeling alone with our struggles. From my own journey, I have found the value of having someone to be there and offer me a safe space to share, be heard, and understood. This is the essence of healing. It is my own experience of being in therapy that has led me to train to be able to offer the same to others.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
