About me

Are You Feeling Stuck, Low, or Disconnected From Your Life?

You might be coping on the surface—managing work, relationships, and daily responsibilities—but underneath, there’s a sense that something isn’t quite right.

Perhaps you feel stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you really are. You might be living with depression, struggling with low self-esteem, or feeling like you’re going through the motions without a sense of direction or connection.

Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and explore what’s going on beneath the surface.

How I Can Help

I work with people who want to better understand themselves and move toward meaningful change. You may be:

Struggling with anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem
Feeling emotionally drained or burned out
Living with undiagnosed ADHD and experiencing racing thoughts, inner restlessness, or the pressure to “mask”
Noticing patterns that don’t make sense or feel hard to shift
Therapy can help you reconnect with who you are and what truly matters to you.

My Approach

As a psychotherapeutic counsellor, I offer a grounded, compassionate, and safe space where you can explore your inner world, make sense of your experiences, and move toward meaningful, lasting growth.

My approach is:

Rooted in Transactional Analysis (TA) – helping us understand how early life experiences shape how we think, feel, and relate
Informed by Polyvagal Theory – supporting awareness of the mind-body connection
Focused on script beliefs – the unconscious life expectations we carry that influence our mental health, relationships, and sense of self
I work respectfully and collaboratively, with a strong belief in your autonomy and capacity for clarity, choice, and change.

Who I Work With

I work with adults, both online and in person. I offer:

Short-term therapy for focused support
Longer-term therapy for deeper exploration
Daytime and evening availability
A calm, safe, and confidential space – online or in-person in Weybridge, including surrounding areas
My Qualifications and Training

I trained for over four years at the Connexus Institute in Brighton and continue to engage in regular supervision and professional development to ensure my work remains ethical, reflective, and client-focused.

Next Steps

If any of this resonates, I’d love to hear from you. Whether you're seeking clarity, growth, or simply space to reflect, therapy can be a powerful place to begin.

Feel free to reach out with any questions or to arrange an initial conversation.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a four-year clinical qualification in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy from the Connexus Institute in Brighton (DCounsPsych) and am an accredited member of the NCPS. My practice is fully supervised and supported by ongoing professional development.
