I am a fully qualified therapist with a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice, aiming to deliver an integrative approach to my services.
I am the type of therapist who blends different therapeutic approaches and techniques to suit the individual needs of my clients. The goal of integrative therapy is to create a more holistic and personalised experience, drawing on various schools of thought to address a wide range of issues. An integrative counsellor combines strategies from different therapeutic modalities to tailor the therapy to the person in front of them.
My Experience:
Volunteering for MIND has been an incredibly fulfilling and meaningful experience for me, both personally and professionally. As a mental health professional, I am privileged to be part of an organisation that not only provides vital support to those struggling with mental health challenges, but also works tirelessly to reduce stigma and promote understanding in society.
St. Luke's continues to contribute to my ever-growing skills and passion. Being a grief counsellor is an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling role. Grief is a deeply personal and often painful experience, and as a grief counsellor, I have the opportunity to support people through one of the most challenging periods of their lives.

I am offering a free consaltation call prior to our first appointment.
The Initial Consultation in counselling is a crucial first step in the therapeutic process, as it sets the foundation for the entire counselling relationship. It provides both of us with the opportunity to get to know one another, clarify expectations, and assess whether I am a good fit for your needs.
