About me
I'm a fully qualified Psychotherapist and founder of Perch Therapy, specialising in sex and relationships. I'm also a sexologist in training who is kink, GSRD and sex worker friendly, working with individuals and relationships who are navigating challenges around sexual problems including sexual shame, intimacy, connection, communication, and sexual wellbeing.
My approach is collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you can form a fulfilling relationship with yourself and others. Whether you're facing recurring conflict, sexual difficulties from desire discrepancy to dysfunction, or a sense of disconnection, I offer a space where we can explore what’s really going on beneath the surface and offer exercises to maintain change.
I have a background in bodywork, which informs how I understand emotional experience as something that lives not just in the mind, but in the body - hence why I integrate creative and experiential approaches into my work, helping you access insight and change in ways that go beyond traditional talk therapy.

Therapy with me is a space for curiosity, openness, acceptance and growth. I aim to balance depth with practicality, helping you understand your patterns and to shift them. At times we may work creatively or somatically, especially where words alone don’t quite capture the experience. As we form out therapeutic relationship I may gently challenge ideas, but this is always from a place of positive regard and I welcome your challenges too - that's the communication I believe in.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
