About me
Welcome & How I Can Help
Thank you for taking the first step to explore whether counselling is right for you. I firmly believe that if you are unhappy in your life, positive change is always possible.
As a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist and Supervisor, I understand that reaching out for help can feel daunting. If you are motivated to focus on your personal growth, I offer a collaborative, safe, and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings without judgment.
Because every person is unique, I work as an Integrative Psychotherapist. This means I tailor my approach to your individual needs using a range of therapeutic modalities, including:
- Person-Centred Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Together, we will develop effective coping strategies and work towards your personal growth and overall well-being.
Services Offered
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy for adults, families, and children (aged 8 and above).
- Online & Remote Counselling: Having completed specialist training in online therapy, I offer sessions via Microsoft Teams. This makes therapy accessible to individuals, couples, and those who are housebound or prefer working from home.
- Couple Counselling: Enhanced by specialist post-qualification training undertaken in 2021.
- Walking Therapy: Outdoor therapy sessions are available upon request.
- Adoption Counselling: Extensive experience supporting clients with adoption-related issues, informed by my work with Barnardo’s Link.
- Professional Support & Supervision: I provide counselling and clinical supervision for health professionals, including GPs, nurses, mental health workers, social workers, and allied health staff.
- Critical Incident Support: Onsite visits for critical incident stress management (available for half-day or full-day bookings).
EAP Provider: I undertake Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) work for Health Assured, Vita, Aviva, AXA, and BUPA. - Much of my practice is built on word-of-mouth recommendations from past clients who have had a positive experience working with me.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
