Jeraline George: Worried You Won't Find Love Or Questioning Your Relationship?

About me

Are you pondering or questioning:

  • Why can’t I get over my ex, it’s been years?
  • My partner avoids all hard conversations.
  • Why don’t they text as much as I do?
  • I want a relationship! He/she just wants to sleep with me.
  • I feel old as a 40+ single woman. Am I? Is it too late to meet someone good?
  • My ex has reached out during the lockdown, I don’t know if I should reply.
  • We’ve been dating for six-months, but he/she won’t introduce me to their friends or family.
  • This lockdown is putting a strain on my relationship, spending so much time with him/her is making me feel worse.

All you want is a relationship that just flows; with the right amount of connection, attraction, and togetherness, yet also gives you space to be your own person and maintain your independence. But your questioning yourself ... your relationship.  Why do you feel so connected to them some days, and so distant other days?

You’re starting to wonder if it’s you or is it them. You even find yourself questioning if it’s even possible to have a genuinely amazing relationship that feels good most of the time!

It’s not just you, that’s for sure. The truth is; relationships in 2020 are complex, and if any of the above sounds like what you are facing let me help you get on the right track.

For nearly 20 years I have offered counselling to ordinary people, students, models, Doctors, CEOs, actors, social media influencers, married couples, business partners and everyone else in between, who wanted to be in ‘healthy’ relationships, but feared being rejected.

In sessions I helped them to clarify what an ‘ideal’, healthy and meaningful relationship looks like.

I’m an accredited Psychotherapist  and I have worked with nearly a 1000 clients from all ages and backgrounds, within my practices over the years from Harley Street to Stockwell and delivered talks all over London on emotional well-being and win-win relationships.

LET ME HELP YOU MEET YOUR TRUE SELF AND DISCOVER how to be in and maintain a relationship with someone who is healthy, your equal, committed, shares your values and communicates honestly.

  • A full psychological and relationship assessment.
  • One hour weekly sessions via telephone or online, during the week from or at weekends to avoid work conflicts.

  • Get out of your relationship plateaus by knowing your connection style and really understand what an ‘ideal’ and meaningful relationship looks like for you.
  • Finally experience ‘wise’ love and genuine connection by letting go of toxic bonds from your past and cultivate a deeper connection with your personal or business partner.

The session will help you to overcome any limiting beliefs you have about ‘love’ or ‘relationships’; develop confidence to have honest and clear conversations with others, clarify your relationship style. They will also support you to have healthy connections and allow you to finally meet your wonderful true self.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience.
