About me

Do you find it easy to meet people online or in person, but are unable to meet someone who wants a genuine committed relationship?

Not dated or been in a romantic relationship for a long time, because your past relationships left you feeling damaged, anxious, broken or not good-enough?

Are the thoughts in your head, your negative beliefs or your behaviour leading you to have toxic relationships?

In our work together, we will bring you back into balance so you can transform the way you feel about yourself, love, intimacy and relationships.

As an accredited psychotherapist. For over 17-years, I have used my rigorous training in psychotherapy, NLP, relationship coaching and much more, to help women and men solve their relationship problems.

Over the course of one year, you will watch yourself transform. As you remove limiting beliefs, hidden trauma, low self-esteem and feelings of powerless that may have blocked you from having the self-love and relationships you dream of.

In your sessions, you will learn how to heal past wounds. So you can be your true self, powerfully communicate with others, discover how to operate in relationships as an equal, identify friendships and a soul-partner who provide reciprocal unconditional love.

To get this, your sessions with me include psychotherapy, bespoke one-to-one live training courses, trauma therapy, relationship coaching, Neuro linguistic programming, love and relationship matching techniques and other modalities/strategies.

Each week, our step-by-step approach will help you:

  • Remodel the way you do relationships.
  • Gain inner peace.
  • Increase genuine love for yourself.
  • Manifest your potential.
  • Operate from your true soul nature and not your personality.

I applaud your courage, for being on this site. It takes honest personal reflection to admit you can no longer do things on your own.

If you are seriously ready for big changes in your relationships with others and ultimately yourself, and can give yourself only one year to reclaim who you were always meant to be and get the romantic partner you really want. Then contact me at the email below.

The fee per 60-minute weekly session is £140.00.

I am happy to support you in uncovering the ‘real’ you. Our work together is weekly, because creating a big change in your life and relationship requires a serious commitment.

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
