CBT is a brief psychotherapy; the goal is to help you become your own therapist by teaching you skills and providing you with tools to enable you to become your own therapist.
Assessment sessions last up to 90 mins. and subsequent treatment sessions last 50 minutes. Sessions take place once/week until you start to feel better. Once you are feeling better we can reduce the frequency of our sessions. If you would like to arrange an initial assessment, please phone (020) 7531-1220 or e-mail email@example.com.
I also provide supervision to less experienced cognitive-behavioural therapists, and to CBT therapists in training.
