About me
If you are at a difficult or emotionally challenging point in your life, it can help to talk to somebody. We all experience emotional difficulties but sometimes feelings become overwhelming and it may be hard to share them with family or friends.
I am an experienced and professionally qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, providing short-term and open-ended therapy for adults. I offer a confidential supportive environment in which you can explore what is troubling you. Sometimes, simply being given the opportunity to express your feelings can provide relief. However, talking to a therapist also offers a route to greater self awareness and understanding. You can learn to recognise and anticipate self destructive behaviour, allowing more control and choice over your actions and responses in the present day.
If you would like to find out more about my practice and the kind of therapy I offer, please see my website (click on link above).
Contacting me
You can email me or call me on 07816 782 131.
All enquiries will be confidential and we can arrange an initial consultation to discuss your needs and expectations further.
Locations
I work in Victoria, Central London and also from my consulting room in Northfields, Ealing, W13.

I completed my professional training at WPF Therapy, one of Britain’s top training institutions accredited by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
I hold a WPF Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy and Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Theory and Practice from Roehampton University, passing with Distinction.
I am a professional member of the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
Code of ethics and professional standards
I work to the ethical codes and professional standards outlined by the FPC and have ongoing clinical supervision.
Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
