About me

Counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples and groups. Supervision; one to one or group.

Experiencing difficult times, whether through, stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, abuse, anger, eating issues, addictions, illness, or loss or you may be unsure what is troubling you. In our lives, these times can be distressing and it is common to feel alone, hopeless and confused, affecting all areas of your life.

Entering into therapy, either short or longer term can help you to understand and overcome these feelings freeing up your internal resources, enabling you to lead a more fulfilling and happier life.

I have many years of experience working with individuals, couples and groups, from many different backgrounds, and respect each person as an individual, so take that first step and contact me to discuss your needs now.

I work from a comfortable, non-clinical setting with parking on site and accessible by bus or train. I can offer appointments, to couples or individuals in my Brigg practice and I work either face to face or via video call with clients and supervisees.
