* Domestic Violence.
Domestic Violence is about control.
You find yourself in a relationship where you are beaten and broken down to a point that you no longer have any confidence in yourself.
How can you leave this violent relationship, when you have no control and feel worthless.
I can support you to rise like the Phoenix. To support you with your decisions. You are worth it.
*Bereavement / loss
Losing a loved one is hard. Grief can be overwhelming and can stall your life. Sometimes family and friends get bored of hearing about your grief. But Grief has no time limit. We all grieve at different rates and different ways. I can give you the space to feel, accept how your feeling. Going forward with the loss.
Relationships are about communication, trust and honesty. We can get into negative patterns, like name calling, winning, ignoring, etc. I can give you space to explore your relationship. I can help you make what changes are needed for you to move forward with it.
