Dr Robert Owen: Individual & Relationship Counselling in TW1 TW2 & TW12
Stressed, depressed and/or anxious? Having relationship issues at home, work or elsewhere? Or is any other area of life not working as well as you’d like?
Hi, I’m Dr Rob. I’m here to help you find peace, answers and solutions by giving you the tools to manage whatever life brings (or throws at) you.
For over 20 years I’ve been supporting individuals, couples and therapy groups with relationship issues, couples counselling, stress, depression, anxiety and anger. I offer general psychotherapy and am particularly interested in relationship issues, whatever the nature of the relationship.I also offer online and telephone sessions. Visit my website www.doctorrob.net for more information.
My work draws on many different models including:
Person-Centred Therapy - establishing our relationship so that we can get results as quickly and easily as possible
Transactional Analysis - analysing the workings of your relationships
The psychodynamic models - examining your past’s impact on your present
Mindfulness - an integrative, mind-body approach to stress that supports individuals to change the way they think and feel about their experiences
- Positive Psychology - focusing on the positive attributes and strengths of an individual and developing these rather than overly dwelling on their less desirable characteristics.
My Twickenham practice is situated on several bus routes (R 70,290,281 & 267), is close to Strawberry Hill & Fulwell stations and there is free parking. Nature's Medicine,my Hampton practice is located at Station Approach, Hampton. I do offer Skype or telephone counselling.
Call or email me today to arrange a consultation; I look forward to hearing from you.
