About me

I have over thirty  years experience as a Psychotherapist and Counsellor working with individuals and couples. I am also an experienced Trainer of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and a Supervisor of Counsellors and Psychotherapists as well as Complementary Health Practitioners. I offer short and long term counselling/psychotherapy for the whole range of issues and additionally I am fully trained and qualified in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques: Level 3 Practitioner).

I have trainings in Bioenergetics, Gestalt and Core Process Psychotherapy.

I have many years experience of working remotely with people via video calling technology  ie Skype/Facetime/Zoom etc, and/or by phone as well as in person.
