About me

Currently, because of the Coronavirus, I am seeing clients via online video (Zoom, Skype, Whatsapp) or via telephone.  Do send through any questions via email.

All types of people of different ages, come to counselling for a variety of reasons. Usually, something is not working such as emotional pain, struggles of various kinds, childhood hurts, sexual, emotional, physical abuse, bullying, eating disorders anorexia, bulimia, overeating anxiety, fear, self-esteem, relationships, marriage etc. No problem is too small or big to bring to counselling.

The aim in counselling is for a counsellor to provide a safe place for the client to process and share problems and difficulties, without judgement. In counselling people often discover more about themselves, reflect and process their lives finding breakthroughs and healing.

I am an integrative counsellor and have been practising for 15 years. My training includes a BA Hons degree in counselling at Waverley Abbey College awarded by  Roehampton University. I am currently doing a counselling MA.  I incorporate different counselling theories into the way I work with clients, such as Gestalt, CBT, Attachment, inner child, creativity etc. I meet with people from different beliefs, backgrounds and walks of life.

I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental counselling relationship, develops the counselling relationship and enables the healing process.

Fees 1 to 1 counselling is £50 per session. Couples counselling is £70 per session. I have some flexibility for lower-paying clients. I receive regular supervision and keep the identity of clients confidential. I offer a free phone consultation or a meeting before the first session.
