About me
Hello, and a very warm welcome. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you have been carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders for a long time, please know that you do not have to navigate this alone.
I have been working as a therapist for 26 years. Over nearly three decades of practice, I have learned that real progress only happens when you feel genuinely heard, safe, and deeply respected. My practice is a modern, non-judgmental sanctuary where we can explore whatever is clouding your peace.
Because our wellbeing is a mix of both our work and our personal lives, I specialize in helping people find balance and happiness in both areas:
Individual Therapy If you are dealing with high-pressure stress, anxiety, imposter syndrome, or simply feel like you have put your own needs on the back burner for too long, we will work together to rebuild your strength and set healthy boundaries. Available online or at my private office.
Couples & Relationship Therapy Relationships can be incredibly complex. I provide a calm, balanced space to help you and your partner untangle painful patterns, improve communication, and restore a deep connection.
Alongside my clinical practice, I have firsthand experience founding and running an organization as a CEO. I know exactly how exhausting it can be to manage demanding, high-pressure roles while trying to keep your personal life and relationships healthy.
Whether we meet face-to-face at my comfortable private office or online from the comfort of your own space, my door is open to you. Please feel free to check my current availability, and let’s take that first step forward together.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
