I have substantial experience of working online and am very happy to have a chat with you by phone about this way of working together. I’m currently offering a 30 minute low cost online consultation for you to see if this method is an option for you. I'm also offering discounted rates to key workers.

My professional background includes senior operational and training management roles in the recruitment sector. Prior to becoming a counsellor, I worked as a freelance learning and development consultant, coach and mentor, specialising in Womens' development , management development , workplace stress and personal development. I was also a licensed trainer for the award winning Springboard Womens’ Development Programme for 17 years.
My volunteering roles have included being a board member for Edinburgh Womens Aid and the co-founder and Chair of the Women in Management Scotland Network.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

The fee for a 30 minute face to face consultation is £20
Thereafter the fees are:
£55 per session
Some concessions are available, e.g. students, seniors and low waged, so please enquire.
£55 per 60 minute session
£40 per 60 minute session for trainee counsellors and those in the first 6 months of private practice
