I am a National Counselling Society Accredited Counsellor MNCS (Acc). My discipline is Person Centred (Rogerian) Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am also, a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Over the years because of my experience in a variety of settings, I feel that I have a good understanding of working with individuals, communities and organisations in addressing emotional and psychological needs. My work over the past 20years has taken me into schools, the voluntary sector, small businesses, statutory services and one to one counselling practices.
I pride myself in offering confidential and effective support in counselling individuals and supporting organisations in relation to meeting emotional needs and building confidence.
If life experience is causing you to feel low, anxious, depressed, and lonely, and you are finding it difficult to express yourself or speak to friends or family about what you are going through because of fear of being judged. Then, counselling might be what you need, and I can offer you the support which will lead you to greater self-awareness and acceptance of who you are, so that you can begin to make your own choices and take better control of your life.
