Qualified Clinical Casework Supervisor

About Me
I am a qualified Counselling Supervisor offering integrative supervision to both trainee and qualified counsellors. My aim is to provide a reflective, supportive, and professionally safe space where supervisees can explore their clinical work openly, without fear of judgement or criticism.

I trained with Key Counselling Training, where I completed a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, an Advanced Certificate in CBT, and a Supervisor's Diploma as part of my ongoing professional development.

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work in accordance with their Ethical Framework. Client welfare, safeguarding, confidentiality, data protection, and a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion are at the heart of my practice.

To maintain high professional standards, I engage in regular supervision with a BACP-accredited supervisor and continue to develop my practice through ongoing CPD, reflective learning, and professional development. My supervisory approach is tailored to the individual needs, experience, and development goals of each supervisee, ensuring that both supervisee growth and client wellbeing remain central to our work together.

How I Can Support You
I believe effective supervision supports both professional competence and personal growth. By encouraging reflection, self-awareness, and clinical insight, supervision can strengthen therapeutic relationships and enhance outcomes for clients.

Whether you are currently in training or are an experienced practitioner, I offer a collaborative, respectful, and non-judgemental environment where you can develop confidence, deepen your understanding, and strengthen your counselling practice.

What Sessions Are Like

  • Online, from the comfort and privacy of your own space
  • Monthly sessions
  • Calm, supportive, and paced according to your needs

My Approach

My approach is collaborative, reflective, and tailored to your individual learning and development needs.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
