Supervision details
Supervision Overview
I offer online supervision which I find very convenient for most people but can offer face to face supervision, locally to me, at your own place of work.
I always offer the first session free of charge to establish that we are a good fit. I have had a number of supervisors over the years and heard others' talk about theirs and feel that it is important to be sure you are going to get from supervision what you need professionally.
I specialise in
I work as an integrative counsellor who is avid about CPD. We would establish during the first, free, session if you need more specialised supervision.
My approach
My favourite model has to be the comprehensive approach of Shohet and Shohet Seven Eyed Model. There is a balancing act between, ensuring that your clients are experiencing good practise from your work and are safeguarded, and ensuring that you are working safely for your own well-being.
