Supervision details
I provide clinical supervision for High-Intensity CBT (HICBT) therapists, offering a structured, collaborative space grounded in BABCP standards. My approach is deeply relationship-focused—prioritising your development not only as a clinician, but as a reflective practitioner with your own unique voice, challenges, and strengths.
Having worked across NHS Talking Therapies and private practice, I understand the demands of high caseloads, complex presentations, and the emotional labour that comes with this work. Supervision with me goes beyond case discussions; it’s a space where you feel held, challenged, and equipped.
I offer specialist support for therapists working with PTSD, OCD, GAD, health anxiety, perfectionism, and high-functioning anxiety. I also bring particular interest in therapist self-doubt, inner critic work, and helping supervisees feel confident in their formulations, clinical decisions, and long-term career development.
Whether you’re a trainee, newly qualified, or refining your practice, I tailor supervision to meet your evolving goals—whether that’s accreditation, deepening your practice, or stepping into private work.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
