Supervision details
As an experienced integrative counsellor, I am currently undertaking supervision training and offering discounted supervision to counsellors, trainees, and those in related helping professions.
I work with clients aged 18 and over, using an integrative approach that adapts to individual needs. With lived experience of AuDHD (Autism & ADHD), I have a deep understanding of neurodiversity and the unique challenges that can arise both personally and professionally. My specialist interest in neurodiversity informs my approach, creating a space that is affirming, inclusive, and tailored to your way of working.
I have extensive experience providing counselling support within charity organisations and the NHS, working with a diverse range of clients. This background gives me insight into the complexities of therapeutic work across different settings, including the pressures of working within structured services.
My supervision style is warm, collaborative, and reflective, offering a supportive environment where you can explore your practice, develop confidence, and maintain ethical integrity. Whether you are newly qualified, in training, or an experienced practitioner seeking a fresh perspective, I would be happy to support you.
If you’re looking for affordable, neurodiversity-affirming supervision, please feel free to reach out.
