Supervision details
My approach to supervision is grounded in a strong commitment to both your wellbeing and the welfare of your clients. Drawing on my CBT therapeutic background, our work together may be informed by a structured, reflective, and evidence-based perspective. I aim to offer you a supportive space where you can openly explore your clinical work, while also providing thoughtful challenge to encourage your professional growth and development.
I place great importance on maintaining high professional and ethical standards throughout our work. At the same time, I strive to create a collaborative relationship where you feel comfortable, respected, and able to engage with openness and curiosity. My intention is for supervision to be a space where you feel both supported and empowered to deepen your understanding, build confidence, and continue evolving in your practice.
Along side my supervision practice I work in a secondary school, counselling young people from 11-18 years and part of my private practice work includes EAP.
My fee is £50 an hour or £75 for 90 minutes
