Supervision details
Hello!
I’m Patricia, a UKCP accredited integrative transpersonal psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer based in London offering clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists, trainees psychotherapist as well as other people working in the helping professions.
I offer clinical supervision tailored to the unique needs of counsellors and psychotherapists. My supervision approach is relational, trauma-informed, integrative, creative and culturally sensitive. My approach focuses on the relationships between client, therapist and supervisor, along with the wider systemic context.
Supervision sessions also offer the opportunity to explore ethical decision-making and uphold professional standards as well helping the supervisee think about their professional development and career growth. I offer a shared space in which to reflect and think carefully and to hold clinical cases. It serves to deepen thinking about clients, the supervisee-client relationship as well as help the supervisee to develop and enhance their clinical skills.
I have over 10 years of experience working in mental health and education, supporting children, young people and adults. I’ve worked in the NHS and charities, including a specialist service for children and adolescents who experienced sexual abuse. I currently work in a secondary school and in private practice with adolescents, adults and parents. I also conduct assessments for the CCPE Child clinic. In my trainer role, I am a supervisor for the infant observation seminars and a visiting lecture for the Child MA at CCPE. Having lived in different countries myself, I am particularly interested in issues around belonging and identity.
I am committed to promoting equality and ensuring that prejudice based on gender, race, ethnicity, age, culture, class, sexuality, religion, lifestyle, economic or immigration status, and disability does not affect my work. I encourage supervisees to bring any concerns directly to me.
I welcome both qualified and trainee counsellors, psychotherapists and child and adolescents psychotherapist and other people working in the helping professions seeking individual or group supervision. Sessions are available in English, Spanish and Catalan and online in the frequency that meets your needs.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
