Supervision details
My supervision is trauma-informed, relational and practical. I work with counsellors and coaches who want a supportive space to explore client work, ethical questions, boundaries, and the impact the work has on you, especially if you’re prone to over-responsibility, burnout, or “holding it all” alone. I’m neurodiversity-affirming and happy to offer ADHD-friendly structure (clear agendas, summaries, and a pace that works for your brain). We can include somatic and nervous system-informed reflection where helpful, alongside robust clinical thinking. I offer supervision online UK-wide and in-person in Kent (where suitable).
