Supervision details
I am an integrative therapist and supervisor, offering a reflective and collaborative space where you can explore your client work, your internal world, and your development as a practitioner. My approach is grounded in the 7-eyed model, allowing us to gently attend to the different layers of the work — from the client’s experience, to the therapeutic relationship, to what may be unfolding within you.
I aim to create a supervisory relationship that feels safe, supportive, and non-judgemental. I value curiosity, compassion, and honesty, and I see supervision as a space not only for ethical reflection and accountability, but also for growth, creativity, and deepening self-awareness.
I have a particular interest in supporting therapists working with trauma and burnout, and I hold an awareness of how these experiences can be carried in both the body and the relational space. I also offer an ADHD-affirming lens, recognising and valuing neurodivergent ways of being within both practitioner and client work.
Together, we can explore how your own patterns, responses, and lived experience may show up in the work, at a pace that feels safe and manageable. My intention is to support you in building confidence, resilience, and trust in your own way of practising.
Whether you are newly qualified or more experienced, I will meet you where you are, offering both gentle challenge and encouragement as you continue to grow into your unique voice as a therapist.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
