Creative and Somatic Supervision for Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Trainees
Relational | Reflective | Restorative | Embodied
Supervision is a living, co-created process that nurtures both you and your clients. It offers a confidential, compassionate space to explore your work, deepen self-awareness, and restore balance. I provide creative and somatic supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists and trainees who wish to grow within a grounded, reflective and soulful container.
My approach welcomes presence, embodied reflection and curiosity - supporting you to stay close to your values, intuition and the deeper purpose of your practice. The space can be especially supportive for highly sensitive and neurodivergent practitioners, honouring your sensitivities and unique ways of perceiving as valuable strengths.
A Space for Depth, Reflection and Renewal
Supervision with me is collaborative and nourishing - a place for exploration, rest and growth. I hold a relational space, meeting you with empathy, openness and care. This is a restorative relationship that tends to your wellbeing with your clients at the heart of your practice.
Together we might:
- Reflect on your work with compassion and clarity
- Integrate body awareness and somatic attunement
- Explore your inner process and parts with curiosity
- Reconnect with your creativity, intuition and imagination
- Cultivate balance, confidence and professional integrity.
My Supervision Framework
My work draws upon the CRAFTS model, which integrates creativity, restorative reflection, authenticity, field awareness, transpersonal insight and systems thinking. This model offers a spacious, integrative way of engaging with supervision - honouring both the visible and subtle layers of practice.
I run a successful private practice where I draw upon person-centred, existential, transpersonal and parts-based approaches, I bring a trauma-informed and spiritually grounded perspective. You are invited to bring your full experience - the wonderings, tensions and moments of discovery that shape your path as a practitioner.

A Relational Invitation
Supervision is a meeting of presence - a space to be fully seen, to rest into your authenticity, and to grow in both skill and soul. Together we explore the living edge of your practice: your relationships, questions, and unfolding wisdom. This is a restorative, reflective space to nurture both you and the soul of your work.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
