Supervision details
I am a trained supervisor and have supervised Assistant Psychologists, Trainee Clinical Psychologists as well as qualified Clinical and Counselling Psychologists, Arts therapists and social practitioner artists. As a supervisor my focus is on helping you develop your own practice and offering a reflective space which allows you to develop your understanding of your clients and support you with challenging work.
In addition to my experience of supervising others, I also worked for 3 years on the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I have a particular interest in working with families and couples from a systemic family therapy perspective, working with trauma and using arts practice for wellbeing and as part of the therapeutic process. I am very happy to bring this perspective and knowledge to your supervision and also welcome opportunities to learn from supervisees around their areas of expertise.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
