My expertise encompasses clinical concerns such as mood disorders, grief and loss, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, living with neurodivergence, PTSD and trauma. My specialised interventions include cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, to name a few.
