Supervision details
I’m a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, trained in Transactional Analysis. I offer supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists, including qualified therapists and trainees, particularly those working from relational, humanistic or integrative approaches.
My supervision is relational and integrative, with an emphasis on psychological depth, reflection and ongoing professional development. My training in Transactional Analysis informs how I think about relationships, patterns and the dynamics that can emerge within clinical work, and I also draw on my broader training and experience as an integrative psychotherapist. My approach is trauma-informed.
I see supervision as a space to reflect on clinical work, to consider what may be happening within the therapeutic relationship, and to support the development of your practice. It should be supportive, thoughtful and collaborative, but also direct where that helps learning. Alongside support and containment, I’m interested in supervision as a place to build clinical confidence, reflective capacity and professional identity.
In my own practice, I primarily work with adults experiencing OCD, anxiety, intrusive thoughts and relationship difficulties, combining relational, depth-oriented psychotherapy with practical approaches. My work also often involves trauma, addiction, attachment difficulties, shame, and issues of identity and self-esteem.
Supervision costs £70 per 50-minute session. If you’d like to explore working together, you’re welcome to get in touch.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
