Supervision details
Having spent many years honing clinical skills and developing a deep understanding of the therapeutic practice, I am committed to guiding emerging clinicians through their professional journey with a balanced approach that combines directive and collaborative supervision.
Supervisory Approach:
My style ensures that supervisees receive clear guidance and structured feedback while also being encouraged to actively engage in the supervision process. By combining these methods, I foster an environment where supervisees feel supported in their learning but are also empowered to think critically and develop their own clinical voice.
