Supervision details
In my supervision practice I can provide you with a safe, confidential and relaxed environment to facilitate a supportive relationship between us and enable structured reflection on you, your practice and professional work and encourage increased growth and development of your skills, knowledge, awareness and ethical judgement.
I aim to promote the highest possible professional and ethical standards to help you support the best outcomes in your client work.
I draw on several models of supervision to maximise how we can work together. These include the seven-eyed model (Hawkins & Shohet) and the integrative developmental model (Stoltenburg, McNeil & Delworth).
The seven-eyed model provides a structure for us to enable exploration and evaluation of all aspects of your work and our supervisory relationship, including how you work with your clients, highlighting emerging dynamics and patterns in your relationship with clients and cultural, ethical and organisational aspects of your client's environment and your practice.
The integrative development model helps me to understand your current level of development as a therapist and how I can best support your needs as a professional and practitioner.
I offer individual supervision either 1 hour or 1.5 hour sessions and group supervision with a maximum of 3 people per group.
