Supervision details
In addition to my core Person-Centred training, I bring rich experience from many years in corporate roles and as a business owner before retraining as counsellor. I now run my own private practice and continue to enjoy keeping up to date with the latest CPD.
I offer collaborative supervision to support and strengthen your work with clients whilst helping to resolve any problems that may occur by providing you with a safe environment where you feel able to challenge your own practice and seek alternative ways of working. I believe that ensuring my supervisees are practicing ethically whilst being nurtured and feeling supported is of the utmost importance and I value feedback as to how we can work together to ensure that each supervisee does not feel alone in what can be isolating work. Ensuring you and your clients are safe, ethically grounded, and supported at every stage of our work.
I will actively support your professional growth by sharing resources, offering new perspectives, and keeping you informed about relevant CPD opportunities.
