About me

I help clients find their happy

Do you feel taken for granted? Is it hard to say No to family, friends or work colleagues? Are you always the one dealing with other people’s problems, their ‘go to fixer.’ Have you given up doing things you used to do because you don’t have time anymore you are too busy constantly juggling everyone and everything and feel that if you stop everything will fall apart around you.

Do you feel exhausted and don’t know how much longer you can go on, but can’t see a way out of your situation? I hear you; together we can explore what you need to be able to have more balanced relationships, where you feel able to say no if you want to.

I work with anyone over the age of 18 who may be feeling like they have lost their way in life. Often my clients will say the feel that they can’t see a way forward. I help them to find a way that is right for them, that revives hopes and dreams for the future.

I offer all of my potential new clients a Free 30 minute no obligation consultation to discuss how I work, answer any questions you may have about counselling and to explore what you would like to get from your counselling.

You can book a consultation with me by sending me an email with your contact details and we can arrange a time for a call
