Supervision details
I am a qualified psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with 18 years’ experience working in mental health, including 15 years within the NHS, Occupational Health, and private practice. I offer clinical and reflective supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors, pastoral staff, school leadership teams, and professionals working within education and organisational settings.
I provide a reflective, supportive, and ethically grounded space to explore client work, professional challenges, workplace dynamics, and personal development. My supervision approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and integrative, informed by the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision. This framework allows us to reflect on different aspects of the work, including the therapeutic relationship, practitioner process, transference and countertransference, ethical considerations, and the wider organisational context.
I work with practitioners and professionals at different stages of development and adapt supervision to meet your individual needs, whether you are in training, working in private practice, managing complex client presentations, or navigating the emotional demands of leadership and staff management within educational or organisational environments.
Alongside supervising counsellors and psychotherapists, I also provide reflective supervision and coaching for management teams, including head teachers, deputy heads, safeguarding leads, pastoral staff, and school-based practitioners. This work supports professionals in managing difficult dynamics, staff wellbeing, safeguarding responsibilities, emotional resilience, and the relational demands of leadership roles.
I have experience supporting practitioners working with:
adults and young people
trauma and complex presentations
anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties
school and organisational settings
My aim is to create a safe, respectful, and reflective space where you feel heard, supported, and encouraged in both your personal and professional growth. Many supervisees choose to work with me throughout different stages of their career development, from training through to established practice.
Supervision is available online or in person, depending on your preference and location.
Fees
£70 per hour – trainee counsellors
£85 per hour – qualified practitioners and leadership supervision

If you are looking for a supportive and reflective supervisory space to develop your practice, leadership role, or professional confidence, you are welcome to get in touch to discuss your supervision needs.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
