Supervision details

As an experienced CBT therapist, I know how essential it is to have a safe space for reflection and support. In our 1-hour monthly supervision sessions, you’ll find a warm, non-judgmental environment where there’s no shame in feeling stuck with clients—that’s exactly what supervision is for! Together, we’ll explore challenges, build on your skills, and deepen your practice. I’m also available by email for any pressing concerns between sessions, so you’re never alone. Let’s create a space where you can grow, reflect, and feel fully supported in your journey as a CBT practitioner.

Pricing: For those newly qualified (within 6 months), sessions are priced at £50. After 6 months, the rate increases to £65 per hour for qualified practitioners.
