About me
Hello and welcome to my profile!
I’m Jackie, a CBT therapist based in Edinburgh.
I help people understand the why behind their thoughts, feelings and patterns, and use that understanding to make meaningful, long-lasting change.
Therapy with me is practical, collaborative and human. There’s space for the difficult stuff, but also for warmth and humour when it feels right. We’ll look at what may be keeping you stuck, where those patterns have come from, and what you can begin doing differently to move towards your goals.
My aim isn’t just to help you feel better in the moment, but to help you understand yourself more deeply and make changes that are sustainable beyond therapy.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, relationships, stress, or simply feel stuck in patterns you want to change, we can work together to make sense of what’s happening and find a way forward that works for you.
If you think we might be a good fit, please feel free to get in touch. I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can have a chat about what you’re looking for and whether working together feels right.
