About me
Hello and welcome to my profile!
I’m Jackie, a CBT therapist based in Edinburgh, and I’m here to help you work through life’s challenges, big and small.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want to understand yourself better, I'm here to listen and support you.
I work with clients both online and in person, making therapy accessible wherever you are.
In our sessions, we’ll explore how your thoughts and behaviors might be holding you back and work together to find ways to shift them.
I believe in making therapy practical and down-to-earth, so you can apply what we discuss in real life, beyond our sessions.
My clients often tell me they leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected to who they really are.
If you’re ready to take a step towards positive change, reach out. Let’s figure out the path that works best for you! :)
Thank you for reading my profile and should you have any more questions please get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you :)
