Supervision details
I offer warm, collaborative supervision with a neurodivergent-affirming approach. I work with trainee and qualified counsellors, coaches, and wellbeing professionals who value an inclusive, curious space where difference is honoured and exploration is encouraged.
As a neurodivergent supervisor (ADHD), I welcome and support neurodivergent practitioners and those working with neurodivergent clients. I understand that traditional approaches don’t work for everyone and that our lived experience, identity, and ways of thinking shape how we practise. I aim to create a space where you can show up as your whole self — masked or unmasked, structured or nonlinear — without judgment.
My supervision style is grounded in relationship, reflective practice, and mutual respect. I draw on pluralistic, person-centred, and trauma-informed models, integrating creative tools, somatic awareness, psychoeducation, and coaching-style reflections when helpful. I also bring curiosity around power dynamics, language, intersectionality, and the systems we work within.
Whether you're navigating ethical dilemmas, developing your niche, exploring identity in the therapy room, or managing burnout, I aim to support your confidence, clarity, and capacity. I offer space for you to think aloud, challenge yourself gently, and grow your practice in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
I'm based in Devon and offer online and in-person supervision. Flexible options are available, including monthly, fortnightly, or ad-hoc sessions.
