Supervision details

As a counselling supervisor, I aim to provide a warm, grounding space where you can pause, reflect, and feel supported in your therapeutic work. Whether you're newly qualified, in training, or an experienced practitioner, I offer a calm and collaborative environment to explore both the challenges and the richness of your client work.

My supervision practice is rooted in the Seven-Eyed Model (Hawkins & Shohet), which provides a deeply integrative and relational framework. This model allows us to explore supervision from multiple lenses — looking at your work with clients, your own process, the therapeutic relationship, and the broader systemic context. Together, we reflect on what emerges within and between these layers, with curiosity and care.

As a somatic therapist and integrative counsellor. I bring an embodied and trauma-informed perspective to supervision. I value the body as a source of insight, noticing what arises in the felt sense in you, in me, and in the relational field, as part of our reflective process. Supervision can be a place not only for thinking about what we do but for feeling into what it means to hold space for others, and to hold space for ourselves.

The supervision space I offer is:

Relational – grounded in trust, openness, and mutual respect

Reflective – encouraging spaciousness, pause, and deeper understanding

Restorative – supporting your well-being, resilience, and professional growth

Resonant – paying attention to parallel process, countertransference, and embodied knowing

My style is collaborative and adaptive to your developmental stage and supervision needs. Whether you're looking to deepen self-awareness, receive practical support, explore ethical dilemmas, or reflect on your emotional responses to client work. Offering supervision to be a space where you can bring all of yourself . Nothing too small, too uncertain, or too complex to be held.

I work with  individuals and welcome supervisees from a range of modalities.

Sessions are available in person or online, from my private practice in Potton, Bedfordshire.

Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to connect and explore whether we’re a good fit to work together

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
