Supervision details
Experience and Training
I have experience of supervising psychologists, psychotherapists, and other mental health professionals in the NHS and in private practice and have undertaken formal supervision training both at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (IoPPN) and at Salomon's (Canterbury Christ Church University), as well as completing further advanced courses.
Supervision Offers
I offer supervision in my main psychological approaches (EMDR and Schema Therapy), but as in my therapeutic work also draw on principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I am an EMDR Consultant in Training (which means that I have completed the training enabling me to formally supervise and am currently working through the number of cases required for accreditation). I will not be able to support professionals in their own accreditation process until I am a fully qualified EMDR Consultant.
I also offer more general clinical supervision or a supportive space to reflect on cases and the dynamics they bring . I draw on my experience of managing services in the NHS and negotiating organisational dynamics to provide professional supervision and consultancy.
EMDR-Informed Coaching for Professional Development
I am also trained in EMDR-informed coaching and can provide a space to offer coaching for professional development.
Prices

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
