Supervision details

I'm a BACP-accredited psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. My supervision training is in the Cyclical Model — a structured, relational approach that sits closely alongside the Seven-Eyed Model and I have over 4000 client hours.

Before going into private practice, I spent years as clinical lead at a specialist trauma organisation and managed a team of senior therapists. I know the pressures that come with this work, clinically and personally.

I am an experienced in trauma, addiction, ADHD, Autism, domestic violence, ACE, sexual abuse, childhood sexual abuse, rape, DID, PSYD, CPTSD and EAP work.

I'm also pre-trial therapy trained. If you're supporting clients who are involved in criminal proceedings, this is a clinically complex area with specific safeguarding and ethical demands - one I can supervise with confidence. I've held senior safeguarding responsibility and carry extensive safeguarding training.

I supervise counsellors and psychotherapists at all career stages- from trainees building their placement hours to experienced practitioners looking for a fresh supervisory relationship. I'm particularly well-placed to support therapists working in trauma, EAP and voluntary sector settings.

I am available online and by phone, my fees are £60 per hour and £70 for 1.5 hours of supervision. If you'd like to get a sense of whether we'd work well together, I offer a short introductory call before we start. Feel free to get in touch.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
