Supervision details
I am currently in training for L6 Supervision Certificate to be a Supervisor, I am offering FREE, low cost, extra supervision (upto June 2025) to students, newly qualified, experienced counsellors/therapists and equine facilitated therapists as additional or sole supervision for your practice.
I am an experienced counsellor/therapist (qualified 2017) psychodynamically trained and work with all age groups of clients, children, adolescents and adults short term or long term privately or via local authority, and currently work on-line with a case load of longer term clients as well as my Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy work.
I have gained experience working with many clients over the years with differing presenting problems since I qualified in 2017, and have also worked in different clinical settings; private practises, school environment, on-line and f2f and have a good understanding of the complexities, challenges and different ways of working that these areas can bring.
I practise with a client centred approach using psychodynamics, solution focused counselling, creative play, use of the arts and CBT with psychoeducation where needed in trauma work.
I work with clients who have experienced trauma, complex/developmental trauma who can also exhibit PTSD, C-PTSD symptoms including survivors of Domestic Abuse including rape and sexual violence.
I also work with Neurodivergence in all age groups with a flexible or more structured CBT approach centred around specific client needs and as a Senior EFP Practitioner (Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy - LEAP Method), for Equilore, a charity out of South Northamptonshire.
Please do reach out for a chat if you think we could work together.
I'm not available w/c 10th March 2025.
