About me

I am currently in training for L6 Supervision Certificate to be a Supervisor, as part of the clinical practice for this course, I am offering free, low cost, extra supervision to students, newly qualified, experienced counsellors/therapists and equine facilitated therapists as additional or sole supervision for their practice, within their own ethical framework.

I am an experienced Accredited Counsellor/Therapist psychodynamically trained and work with all age groups of clients, children, adolescents and adults short term or long term privately or via local authority.

I work for a private practice where I offer online sessions for my Psychodynamic work. This includes working with the conscious, unconscious, emotions, thoughts, early life experiences, past relationships and how these affect present relationships and defence mechanisms to help relieve psychic pain.

I practise with a client centred approach using psychodynamics, solution focused counselling, creative play, use of the arts and CBT with psychoeducation where needed in trauma work.

I work with clients who have experienced trauma, complex/developmental trauma who can also exhibit PTSD, C-PTSD symptoms. I also work with survivors of Domestic Abuse including rape and sexual violence.
