I work in a relational way. I work non-judgementally and believe that it is vitally important that supervision feels a safe space where supervisees feel able to share their difficulties as well as successes. I am experienced in working with safeguarding concerns. Counselling impacts personally as well as professionally on the supervisee and I believe that supervision must be multi-dimensional to be effective.
In group supervision, facilitating the exchange of supervisees' experiences and knowledge can be very beneficial.
