Dr Selina Tour
I am trained as a Clinical Psychologist which has provided me with an integrative style encompassing a broad range of models and approaches including CBT, psychodynamic, behavioural, systemic and third wave models of therapy.
I have further trained in solution focused therapy, EMDR, sensorimotor psychotherapy, group analysis and organisational change methods. I predominantly work in a somatic and relational way following my sensorimotor and group analytic training, and so supervision would very much embody this. I have found this helps connect fragmented parts of ourselves to support reflection and ongoing learning by keeping body and social relations in mind. I hold this as a framework but we would work together to tailor supervision to your supervision needs.
In my various roles, I have undertaken direct clinical work, supervised teams and led on cultural change within services. I have particularly led on projects to develop services for marginalised groups, support professionals to develop their anti-racism practice and improve clinical outcomes.
