Supervision details
I am an experienced clinical supervisor working across a variety of modalities including therapists, head teachers, perinatal practitioners, psychologists, community leaders and social workers. My approach is integrative and creative.
Supervision with me will help you to:
- develop an insightful practitioner/client relationship
- work safely and ethically with your clients
- have opportunities for in-depth reflection on your practice
- prevent stress, burnout and compassion fatigue
I understand that as helping professionals we need support in our practice to ensure we are able to work to the best of our ability. Supporting others begins with sustaining and resourcing ourselves as a practitioners.
As a creative supervisor, as well as offering a space to talk, I am able to utilise image, object, art or role based methods to approach and explore a supervisory question. By taking an issue and placing it outside of yourself onto something tangible, it can often become much easier to work with. Possible resolutions can then be safely explored using the method as a container for the work.
Supervision with me is external and independent from organisational line management supervision. A space away from the workplace can be crucial in giving time to focus on your needs without worrying about affecting relationships or feeling vulnerable with colleagues.
Online/Telephone Individual Supervision, 50 minutes, £70

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
