Supervision details
The supervision I offer involves a mixture of client discussion, personal and career development, ethics and the personal experience of the supervisee. I view supervision as a collaborative experience where we negotiate the content of the space together. I believe that productive Supervision involves a strong rapport of trust between the Supervisor and the Supervisee, coming together as equals. My goal as a supervisor is for you to leave our sessions feeling restored and with a clear path forward.
I am an Integrative Supervisor and specialise in the supervision of therapeutic work with adults, but I am also qualified to supervise work with young people.
I can work with student counsellors, newly qualified therapists and fully established counsellors.
I have experience of supporting supervisees with EAP work, private practice and counselling in an organisational context.
I ensure I complete an ongoing and diverse range of CPD to stay up-to-date with the latest legal and ethical changes as well as engaging in peer supervision to facilitate ongoing learning and development.
Supervision can take place at either my Kingswood, Bristol clinic, or online using Zoom. Session frequency can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly and the supervision sessions are either 60 minutes or 90 minutes.
The cost of a 60 minute supervision sessions is £50, and a 90 minute session is £65.
