About me

I am an experienced NCPS Accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, based in Bristol and I am currently offering counselling and psychotherapy, face-to-face and online for adults 18+. I offer a warm and non-judgemental space to discuss your problems and difficulties, where you can develop self-compassion, self-awareness and self-acceptance and we can work together towards the changes you want in your life.

I have a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice (PROF. Dip Psy C.) / 2019 and a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Counselling Supervision. I am a fully accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy society (NCPS).

As an integrative counsellor, I can draw on a number of different modalities to suit your individual needs.

These approaches include elements of ACT, CBT, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic and person-centred therapy.

I offer online, phone and face to face sessions, depending on what you prefer.

I also offer a 15 minute free online or phone consultation so that you can meet me and get a feel for how we might work together before commencing any sessions.
