Supervision details
As a UKCP Registered and NCPS Approved Supervisor, I offer both individual and group supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists and trainees.
My approach is Person-Centred Experiential (PCE), relational and trauma-informed, creating a collaborative space that encourages openness, reflection and professional growth.
I aim to provide a safe, supportive environment where supervisees can bring both themselves and their client work with honesty and curiosity. Together we explore clinical material, celebrate strengths and attend to challenges in a way that deepens insight and enhances confidence in practice.
Supervision with me offers space to:
-Reflect on your practice and process complex client work
-Strengthen your professional identity and clinical judgement
-Attend to self-care and wellbeing
-Connect within a supportive reflective relationship
Alongside my supervision work, I am a Level 5 Counselling Tutor and an experienced psychotherapist working across private practice and NHS adult mental health services.
