Supervision details
Diploma in Professional Supervision (NCPS Advanced Specialist - 2023)
I am an empathetic, human, intuitive and warm supervisor. I am here for both you and your clients. I see my supervisees as colleagues, I am not here to judge you but to be your sounding board and safe space to share whatever is weighing you down or to join with you in celebrating your successes. I have experienced supervision where I felt unsafe and judged and also excellent supervision where we can bounce around ideas and learn in a supported way. I remember how daunting it felt for me moving from newly qualifying to being a practicing counsellor. These experiences have moulded my own learning and led to a determination to offer supervision that you will look forward to, it may be challenging at times, but I hope you leave your sessions feeling lighter and validated. Our work as counsellors can sometimes feel really heavy and I am here to support you and help lighten the load. If you would like a chat to see how we resonate, please do get in touch.
I understand how important it is to find the right supervisor so I offer a free 30min, no obligation meeting.
