Supervision details
I’m a BACP Accredited Integrative Therapist and qualified Supervisor with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals across a wide range of settings. My work has taken me into schools, colleges, universities, specialist services, and private practice—each space offering its own unique challenges and rewards. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and identities, and I bring a compassionate, grounded approach to every therapeutic relationship.
My background includes extensive work with both adults and children navigating trauma-related experiences. This includes support around sexual violence and abuse, domestic violence, bereavement, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, bullying, harassment, and many other complex emotional challenges. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to reach out for help, and I aim to offer a space that feels safe, respectful, and gently empowering.
I’ve worked within college and university environments as both a therapist and mental health practitioner, supporting students through academic pressures, identity development, and emotional wellbeing. These roles have deepened my understanding of the diverse ways distress can show up—and how important it is to meet each person with empathy and flexibility.
Currently, I provide therapy through a number of organisations serving frontline and specialist roles, including the Ministry of Defence, Blue Light Services, Home Office, National Crime Agency, NHS, British Transport Police, National Rail, and various education providers. I also work closely with services supporting adults and young people recovering from sexual violence, abuse, and domestic trauma. These roles have strengthened my commitment to trauma-informed care and ethical practice.
I’m proud to offer affirming therapy for the LGBTQ+ and Transgender community. I believe in creating spaces where every identity is respected, and where clients feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment.
Over the years, I’ve built a thriving private practice, welcoming clients with a wide range of presenting issues. Alongside this, I offer clinical supervision rooted in the Seven Eyed Model—an approach that encourages deep reflection, ethical awareness, and collaborative learning. I see supervision as a shared journey, where we explore your client work together in a space that feels relaxed, safe, and open to growth.
I hold a strong belief that we never stop learning. Every person we meet, every story we hear, offers us something valuable. My aim is to foster a supervisory relationship that supports authenticity, curiosity, and professional development.
Whether you’re seeking therapy or supervision, I’d be happy to have an initial conversation to explore how we might work together. You’re welcome to reach out with any questions—there’s no pressure, just a warm invitation to begin.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
